Here's a picture, it made a grinding noise and then SNAP! I was so lost without I broke down and ran to town to get a Cuttlebug at Hobby Lobby. I know I should have waited and got a Big Shot like everyone says but I was desperate! Goodbye Wizard!UPDATE: I called them and they are sending a new part to fix it. I'll let you know if it works!

I hate my wizard because it is clunky compared to the cuttlebug and big shot. Maybe it was a blessing in disquise! Hope you are enjoying the cuttlebug even more.
